Carol Sae-Yang PTY LTD is a trading name for the business created, operated by and owned by Carol Sae-Yang. Our registered address is 43B Pitt Street, Redfern. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about CAROL SAE-YANG PTY LTD’s Privacy Policy before you subscribe to subsidiary services provided by this site (monthly e-newsletter) and use any of this site's services (house visits and shopping activities plus workshop attendance).
REGISTRATION
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address hello@carolsaeyang.com. For clients who receive a Login from us, please note that this is unique and only available to you. No other parties are privy to the information provided via this login.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, registered and unregistered designs, database rights, domain names and goodwill “Intellectual Property Rights” in all content on this site is the exclusive property of Carol Sae-Yang PTY LTD. This such as all text, graphics, logos, photographs and images also includes all text, graphics, logos, photographs and images. Any commercial use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution and transmission of any content is strictly prohibited without the consent of Carol Sae-Yang PTY LTD.
PAYMENT
Payment for styling services can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and direct bank transfer. Workshops and photo shoots can only be purchased via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) directly through the online shop portal.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any services and you will be contacted regarding this. We take reasonable care to make our site secure. If you are a registered Carol Sae-Yang PTY LTD user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
Travel time for Carol Sae-Yang’s services that require transport exceeding a 10 kilometre radius beyond Sydney’s CBD (to client’s houses or locations for customised workshops) will entail a $50 + GST fee added to the published rate for the service. For interstate travel for styling or customised workshop services, clients will be expected to book airline economy class airline travel for Carol, contribute $300 + GST towards accommodation (per night) and reimburse transfer costs to and from the airport and hotel to client liaison locations within the designated city.
RIGHT TO CANCEL / NON FULFILLMENT
We reserve the right to cancel or not fulfil client engagements when we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card. Should you wish to cancel an appointment you must contact Carol Sae-Yang within 24 hours of your scheduled liaison (styling or photo shoot) or you will be charged 50 per cent of your service fee. All workshops are non-refundable.

We may include hyperlinks on this site to other websites or resources operated by parties other than Carol Sae-Yang PTY LTD, including advertisers.
NO COMMERCIAL USE
This site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its content to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards will be mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Gift Cards can be redeemed only against the service listed on the the card.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
Cancellation of a service or workshop booked with a Gift Card must occur to a minimum of 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50 per cent debit of the total service value on the card.
PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
